Certified ECE Teacher - Wellington & Lower Hutt

Millie’s House in our Wellington region has five centres; three in Lower Hutt, one in Wellington City and one in Tawa. Five wonderful centres, and as a group, we are seeking amazing teachers to join Millie’s House group.

We have a winning combination of qualified teachers, teachers in training, experienced untrained teachers and regular relievers. Millie’s House is also led by a wonderful team of supportive, empathetic and open managers, whose expectation is to provide high quality to children through high quality guidance and engagement with teams.

We work with Extended Parity and after the final step, we extend with our Millie’s House scale responsive to role. We believe our teachers, leaders and managers deserve to be paid what they are worth. We also provide first aid training, teacher registration and support our teachers through Provisional Registration and a planned professional growth cycle.

We offer a full time, permanent employment agreement, although part time and flexible roles will be considered too. A full job description is available on request.
